Orders placed online at shopgolfdimensions.com cannot be canceled or refunded from the time your order is placed until after you have received your merchandise. View our Return Policies below if you choose to return your order after receipt.

Return Policy

Golf Dimensions will gladly refund or exchange with no restocking fees any UNUSED, DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED merchandise returned in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Return Options

Returns under the above Return Policy can be made either in-store or via mail/delivery service.
In-store returns can be made at any Golf Dimensions retail store (store locations) during normal business hours.
For returns via mail/delivery service, Return Authorization (RA) is required. Contact Customer Service at 1-888-GOLF-388 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday or email RA request to customerservice@shopgolfdimensions.com . Shipping charges for returns via mail/delivery service must be prepaid. C.O.D. return shipments will not be accepted.
Once an RA is issued carefully package merchandise to be returned (preferably in the original shipping carton). Before shipping the package please be sure to do the following:
- Enclose a copy of the original purchase receipt
- Note the reason for the return
- RA# must be written on outside of package

Please note – All RA’s expire after 30 days. If returned package is not received within 30 days of the RA being issued, the package will be refused. Customer service will need to be contacted again to reissue any expired RA.

Damaged Merchandise/Shortage Claims

Contact customer service immediately at 1-888-GOLF-388 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday or email to customerservice@shopgolfdimensions.com to report any merchandise damaged in transit or any shortages. All claims for damages and shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt. Customer service will arrange for the return of the damaged item and the replacement of the damaged or shortage item.

Sales Tax

Golf Dimensions is required by law to charge 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of South Carolina.

Warranty Information

Golf Dimensions will provide service between our customers and manufacturers in regard to any manufacturers limited warranty claim.
