How to use a grip strength trainer correctly?
Keep your arms static and tighten your shoulders. Use 4 fingers as one supporting point, thumb and palm as another and squeeze the hand gripper at two points. Hold it to the limit for 3 seconds and then slowly release it. It is best to hold it for 6 seconds. Remember not to squeeze the grip strengthener too quickly, because you can exercise nothing when squeezing quickly but make your muscles sore. 4 groups per set, 8-12 squeezes per group, then change to the other hand.
